Terms of Service

By accessing and using Flying Roadster AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Flying Roadster AI creates fictional AI flying-car videos from your car photos, an optional adult driver portrait, and the service's built-in flight sequence. Outputs are AI-generated entertainment, may vary, and do not show a real vehicle flight. We are independent and not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Generation records, uploads and output files are retained for 7 days, then deleted. Download your files before expiry.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account (for example by signing in with Google). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Three packages are offered: 50 credits for $8 USD, 100 credits for $16 USD, or 200 credits for $32 USD, purchased once through Stripe or PayPal when available. Each generation costs 50 credits for either 480p or 720p. Purchased credits do not expire. Failed generations automatically return their 50 credits to your account. This credit return is not a cash refund. Contact us about payment errors or cash refund requests. Any rights under applicable law remain available.

All content on Flying Roadster AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Flying Roadster AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service you requested.

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Get permission from anyone whose likeness appears. Portrait subjects must be adults. Do not create non-consensual, deceptive, abusive or unlawful content, violate intellectual property rights, or abuse accounts, storage, credit systems or rate limits. Clearly identify generated videos as AI-generated when sharing.

Flying Roadster AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results or outputs will be accurate or meet your expectations • The service will be available at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flying Roadster AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account from your profile page when signed in.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
